Tom graduated Purdue University with a degree in Engineering while working in his family’s printing business. After graduation he realized that ink was in his blood and chose to work full time in the family business. He and his wife Shari have been married over 30 years and are the proud parents of Darren, Michelle, and Adam. They are expecting their first grandchild this spring. When not working, Tom enjoys woodworking, painting and being with his family and friends. He is also an avid sports fan and lives (and dies) with Purdue and the Chicago Bears. Robert P. Mesalam II
Vice President of Sales
Bob began leading the Dynamark Sales Team in 2015 after having spent most of his career in Technology and Healthcare, notably with IBM and Baxter. As a seasoned executive, with extensive National Accounts and Management experience, Bob credits customer trust, team chemistry, and solid relationships as the key components that help Dynamark consistently exceed expectations. Mesalam, a DePauw speech and communications graduate, played football and baseball for the Tigers. Bob enjoys coaching, traveling, cooking, his children Lauren, Heather, Brett, and Paige, and four grandchildren.
Darren earned his Bachelors in Residential Property Management from Ball State. He moved to Arizona and began his career in residential sales, but ultimately decided to move back home to pursue a career in the family business. He started in production and gained vast product knowledge that his current Dynamark clients find invaluable. Darren, married for 3 years, and his wife proudly welcomed their son Paxton this May. He is a car enthusiast, sports fanatic, and loves spending free time with friends and family.
Mary Kay Hessong
Sr. Account Manager
Mary Kay Hessong, a native of Indianapolis, attended college in Dallas, Texas. After a very successful sales career she joined Dynamark in 2005 focusing on business development. She loves the printing industry and building lasting relationships with her customers. Mary Kay is a nationally recognized top sales performer achieving Gold level awards, 2006-2012, and Platinum, 2013-2015. Mary Kay has been married to her husband, David, for over 28 years and they have three beautiful daughters – Emma, Audrey and Ellyn. She is involved with outreach at her church, loves to travel, go out with friends and spend time with family.
Ken, a recent addition to the Dynamark Sales team, has worked in the print industry his entire career. As a result of consistently developing strong partnerships, Ken has helped many clients build their brand and grow their business. Ken, who moved to Indianapolis in high school, has a project management degree from IUPUI. He has been married for 21 years and is a happy father of two kids, Luke and Karli. Ken enjoys coaching soccer, camping, and going to church.
Cindy, who joined Dynamark in 2017, has 30 years of successful sales experience, primarily in the food service products industry. She attributes her consistency to her ability to develop and maintain long standing relationships. Cindy, an Indianapolis native, loves the city, and is a huge Colts fan. She has been married to husband, Brad, for 26 years and is also a very proud mother of two children, Erin and Drew. Cindy, who earned a marketing degree at Saint Joseph’s, loves all things Saint Joseph’s and Pumas. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
Diane graduated with a Marketing degree from Ball State University and briefly worked in retail clothing. She joined Dynamark in the pre-press/graphics department, but soon discovered that working directly with customers was her passion as she continually helped them exceed their goals. Her commitment to serving customers has contributed to longstanding business relationships and a successful sales career for over 28 years. She is a constant Top Performer who has earned many awards, including Salesperson of the Year, Northwest Region, and Top Performer Nationally. Diane, a mother of two, enjoys the outdoors, sports, theatre and quiet time for reading and reflection.
Eileen joined the family business in 1986 as a PIP Customer Service Rep. Soon thereafter she began running her own store. Currently, a Project Manager that enjoys helping both customers and sales reps, Eileen, because of her tenure and diverse experience is well versed in all aspects of the printing industry. She and her husband, Bob, have been married for 27 years and are the proud parents of Emily, Robert Jr., and Brandon. Eileen enjoys the outdoors and is an avid camper.
Kimberly is originally from Gastonia, North Carolina and relocated to Indianapolis in August of 1998. She had over five years Customer Service experience before joining Dynamark Graphics Group in September of 2004. She is a Project Manager and loves helping Dynamark’s clients. She is an extremely loyal individual. Kimberly is a very family oriented individual. She has 2 children whom she loves very much. Her family is “the most important thing in the world to me”.
Larrie was introduced to the print industry at Tech High School and he never looked back. He began his career in 1981 as a typesetter and then moved on to become a small press operator. From there he learned everything he could about the pressroom and its processes and went on to run an 11-color offset press. Larrie is a former Marine, has been married for over 29 years and has two adult boys. He enjoys golf, coaching, reading and is an avid Colts and IU basketball fan.
Prepress & Graphics Manager
Amber started her design/printing career at Vincennes University with a degree in Commercial Art and Design. After graduation, she worked at a Gannett newspaper, building ads. While at the newspaper, she taught and coached a local swim team, which she loved doing. Next, Amber was asked to join a family owned business doing prepress/design and soon was promoted to manager for the prepress department. Amber’s creative ideas and knowledge have been a welcome additions to the Dynamark team and its clients. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family, relaxing by a swimming pool, traveling and getting together with friends.
