TOM FULNER – PRESIDENTTom has been working in the business for over 40 years. He graduated Purdue University with a degree in Engineering. After graduation he chose to set aside his degree and work full time in the family business. He and his wife Shari have been married over 30 years and are the proud parents of Darren, Michelle, and Adam. They are blessed with three grandchildren. When not playing with his grandchildren, Tom enjoys woodworking, painting and being with his friends and family. He is also an avid sports fan and lives (and dies) with Purdue and the Chicago Bears. CHRIS HUTSON – VP OF SALESChris joined Dynamark in 2020 after the sale/merger of Diversified Communications Group Inc. (DCG) into Dynamark. Chris spent most of his career with DCG, joining them in 1997 and buying the business in 2002. Chris graduated with BS MET degree from Purdue and IUPUI. He attends Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. He sits on the Indy Jazz Foundation Board of Directors. Chris supports Indy Jazz Fest, The Lord’s Pantry at Anna’s House, Heartland Film Fest, Symphony on the Prairie, WFYI, Noble Industries, Second Helpings, and the Red Key Tavern.
DIANE ROBINSON – SR ACCOUNT MANAGERDiane graduated with a Marketing degree from Ball State University and briefly worked in retail clothing. She joined Dynamark in the pre-press/graphics department, but soon discovered that working directly with customers was her passion. Her commitment to serving customers has contributed to longstanding business relationships and a successful sales career for over 32 years. She is a constant Top Performer who has earned many awards, including Salesperson of the Year, Northwest Region, and Top Performer Nationally. Diane is a proud mother of two grown children Drew and Samantha. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, sports, theatre and quiet time for reading and reflection.
MARY KAY HESSONG – SR ACCOUNT MANAGERMary Kay Hessong, a native of Indianapolis, attended college in Dallas, Texas. After a very successful sales career she joined Dynamark in 2005 focusing on business development. She loves the printing industry and building lasting relationships with her customers. Mary Kay is a nationally recognized top sales performer achieving Gold and Platinum level awards. Mary Kay has been married to her husband, David, for over 33 years and they have three beautiful daughters – Emma, Audrey and Ellyn and 2 fabulous granddaughters, Ella and Maci which she is absolutely crazy about. She is involved with outreach at her church, loves to travel, go out with friends and spend time with family.
BOB MESALAM – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTBob joined the Sales Team in 2015 after spending most of his career in Technology and Healthcare, notably IBM and Baxter. As a seasoned executive in both, National Accounts and Management, Bob credits customer trust, team chemistry, and solid relationships as the key components that help Dynamark consistently exceed expectations. Mesalam, a DePauw graduate, played football and baseball for the Tigers. Bob enjoys family, coaching, and cooking.
CINDY MONTGOMERY – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTCindy joined the Dynamark Sales Team in 2017 and has become our resident apparel and promotional products guru. If you are looking to spruce up your company wearables or searching for that perfect promo item, Cindy can help you bring it to life! Cindy is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College where she earned her degree in Marketing. She has enjoyed her career in sales for over 30 years and has a knack for developing and maintaining longstanding relationships. Cindy is married to her husband Brad and has two grown children, Erin and Drew.
DEMETRIUS AUSTIN – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTDemetrius began with Dynamark printing in 2019, after relocating from Texas. Originally from Alabama (Roll Tide!). Has a degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, where he played baseball and basketball. Has over 20 years of experience in the printing and marketing industry. Always enjoys a challenging marketing project. When not working, enjoys photography, theater, traveling and golfing.
HELEN FARRELL – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTHelen Farrell has worked in the printing and sign industry since 2003. She joined the Dynamark Sales Team in July 2020. Helen brings to the table a strong customer service background, 15 years of sales experience and a natural curiosity of “how things work”. These strengths are what aid Helen in guiding clients through pre-planning and production stages of their projects. She takes pride in exceeding client expectations, excellent communication and follow up.
EILEEN WEAVER – PROJECT MANAGEREileen joined the family business in 1986 as a PIP Customer Service Rep. Soon thereafter she began running her own store. Currently, a Project Manager that enjoys helping both customers and sales reps, Eileen, because of her tenure and diverse experience is well versed in all aspects of the printing industry. She and her husband, Bob, have been married for 27 years and are the proud parents of Emily, Robert Jr., and Brandon. Eileen enjoys the outdoors and is an avid camper.
RJ HOWES – PROJECT MANAGERRJ originally from St. Louis, Missouri, joined the Dynamark team in August of 2020. He hit the ground running in the print industry in 2017 and credits the knowledge he has gained to his work in Customer Service and background in Graphic Design. He loves being able to help customers and our sales team reach their goals along with learning all he can about the industry. RJ received his Design degree from Missouri Valley College where he played volleyball. From there, he relocated to Indianapolis, IN where he now has been with his partner, Scott, for 4 years. RJ enjoys spending his time weightlifting, learning new recipes, and taking care of his pets.
